On Aug 4th my heart was shattered as my beautiful Layla crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. I’m so fortunate that you got to spend the last 8 yrs of your life with me. There’s nowhere I could go that you wouldn’t be right there next to me. I miss you so much on our beach walks; I know you’re there with me. Her remains were entrusted to Peaceful Paws Crematorium. Gaylene called that same evening to confirm my wishes for Layla and to let me know she would be ready to come home the next day. Such a kind & compassionate lady, she even asked if it was ok if she kissed Layla on the head. This showed me that my Baby Girl was in the best of hands. I picked up Layla the next day; they even had her name engraved on the box. Gaylene told me that my beautiful girl got lots of lovin. When I opened the box I found a beautiful plaque in her memory. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Gaylene for kindness & compassion at this extremely difficult time.
