Gaylene and Todd took incredible care of my boy and even us, From the thoughtful write up they did about our cat to the hand written card they gave us when we picked him up. I would recommend them to everyone whose in need of some help when you've lost a beloved family member. I cannot say enough great things about them.

I truly could not have better things to say about Peaceful Paws and Gaylene. She is the definition of an animal lover and puts so much care and compassion into making a difficult process easy and comforting. I know that my girl Leia was in the best care and every last detail down to the nose prints were carefully crafted. She gave my sweet girl a kiss on the head before sending her on her way. She arranged pick up with the vet, and was so accommodating. I could write a book about how thoughtful this was and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for taking care of my sweet girl

I loved the care my little girl Ruby received from Peaceful Paws. They are so friendly and thoughtful, I recommend them to everyone.

Our beautiful girl Bella, who passed away March 14th. It was a terrible day for our family as we said goodbye to her after almost 14 years. But I was so relieved to learn that Peaceful Paws was there to take over after we said and kissed our sweet Bella goodbye.

You came to collect her from the vet, where you took her to be cared for and cremated with such love. You gave us, her family, support and love and the right to grieve our beautiful girl. Your special touches that mean so much during such a difficult time.
Today, I decided to peek into Bella’s box, to be honest I was scared what I might see, but there was a beautiful card and a plaque, it brought tears to my eyes.

Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered and so appreciated. Thank- you for making this difficult day a little easier.

Last night, in the middle of the night my daughter lost her best friend, pumpkin, & she brought her to your business & entrusted her with you, & this morning we are both absolutely blown away by the absolutely beautiful box she was sent home with!! Looking at the photos she sent me I am just in tears with how much of a beautiful, respectful and amazing company you are!! Our families animals are part of our family, & its hard to trust strangers with our loved ones especially in death, but you have gone above & beyond anything we could have ever possibly imagined!! We lost our beloved Mya last week and her remains were forwarded to the PEI Crematorium at our request. From the time that Gaylene called me to initiate the cremation process, to the following day when I picked up Mya’s ashes, I knew that our girl had been taken care of with the utmost compassion and care. They made a beautiful engraved plaque, that we were not expecting, and we have placed it next to the urn. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness during an incredibly difficult time.

Very understanding, and compassionate. He made the experience much easier and was very patient. The additional things in the box were very appreciated and very thoughtful. 11/10 recommend.

Losing furry loved ones is never easy, but Todd and Gaylene really went above and beyond my expectations. They are professional and very kind, and somehow made this a pleasant experience. I would fully recommend that anyone reach out to them when in this difficult position.

We used their services multiple times with our pets. Todd and Gaylene went above and beyond to meet our needs at such a sad time.

Our 15 year old cat, Sunny passed suddenly, they were so compassionate, caring and understanding how devastated we were. I just don’t know what to say, I recommend these people to anyone.
