Chippie (Girl), -

Chippie was a gifted pet to Clayton Wylie (4 yrs old) when she was only 8 weeks of age. She was given her name due to her love for potato chips 😊. She immediately bonded with Clayton. Chippie grew up to walk with us without her leash (after training her for a few days with a leash) anywhere we would go, especially into the woods, she was right there with us leading the way.

Chippie was an outdoor cat during the day, and would always come when called to go inside at night....that's if she wasn't already waiting at the door asking to come inside.

She slept with Clayton every night after he had calmed and fell a sleep 💤💤💤.

Chippie had her first litter around July 17th, 2024. Three sets of twins was our guess. Clayton's mother and father assisted Chippie with and throughout the pregnancy resulting in a unconditional love bonding these three ever so closely.

Chippie loved her belly rubbed and she was so sweet, and quiet, she was never destructive. She always say patiently waiting for us to get home if she was left inside.

Chippie picked up her motherly instincts almost immediately and was very protective and nurturing to her 6 baby kittens. She would go out and hunt mice as per usual but instead of eating for herself she would saved them up in a spot she chose for when her babies to eat when they were able to come outside for a bit.

Chippie was hands down the best pet we've owned/raised together within this family and she will be immensely missed. Her passing is tragedy, but thanks to the support and services provided by peaceful paws 🐾, it has made grieving over her passing feel less painful and reminded us that it's okay to grieve and she's safe and patiently waiting for us to join her in heaven.

We Love you Chippie Girl. It's just not the same here without you :(
